The HP 3000 MPE 9X8 series can be your introduction into the MPE product line. The MPE 918 or 928 LX and RX provide HP's clients access to the more reliable MPE operating with a minimal capital investment.
The MPE 3000 918 or 928 can take advantage of one PA-RISC 7100LC CPU. The 918 comes standard with the 34MHz version, while the 928 gets the 96 MHz version. Each can house up to 512 MB of memory and 2 or 4 HP-PB interface cards.
