1. My Supportal page is not working. It is not giving me any error message. What is the problem?

Please note that Supportal works only in Internet Explorer. Please login using Internet Explorer. If the problem persists then contact us.

2. What to do if I forget my user login?

You have to call the Supportal customer care and give them your company name and contact details. They will mail you your new login details immediately.

3. What if I forget my password?

You can go to the Forgotpassword page link on the login page to get your password or you can contact us at our Supportal customer care.

4. What does the error message "Information is incomplete or contain errors" mean?

Your login information has not been entered correctly. Please check that the username is entered correctly.

5. What does the error message "There is no password entry for [username]" mean?

Your username has either been entered incorrectly or the username has not been issued to you by the Supportal. Please try and enter the correct username. If it does not work then contact the Supportal customer care.

6. What does the error message "The password for user[username] is incorrect" mean?

Your login password has not been entered correctly. Please check that the username is entered without any errors.

7. How do I go to the Main menu?

The "Home" button on each page will take you back to the main menu.

8. How can I get a new username and password?

You can go to the Registration page link on the login page to get a new username and password or you can contact us at our Supportal customer care.

10. How can I view my Reports?

Procedure to view reports:
Step 1: Click on the Reports radio button and click "continue" button [or] click the Report menu image. This will take you to the Reports menu page.
Step 2: Click on the drop-down menu of the report id and click continue to view the report.

11. I cannot view the report when I run it. Why?

All the reports are run through pop-ups so please check that your pop-up blocker is OFF. If the problem persists then please contact Supportal customer care.

12. When I am running my report, I am getting an error "Failed to create WebReportBroker object: ERRActiveX component can't create object". What does this mean?

This error means that the ActiveX component that is used for running your report is not installed on your computer. Click OK when it prompts to install the ActiveX component. If the problem still persists, please contact us and we will mail you the ActiveX component immediately.

13. I cannot view my complete report list. Why?

To view the complete report list, click "Clear All" button and then click on the drop-down menu of Report id.
Note that the fields should be empty before selecting a new report.

14. Can I log calls online through Supportal?

Yes you can log calls online using Supportal. You can view the complete procedure in the Tutorial section. You have to click the drop-down menus on each page of call-logging procedure. The "Note" section on each page will give you a brief idea about the procedure you have to follow.
