The role:
  • Writing reports using Crystal reports for various teams in the company on a daily basis.
  • Working on the development of Salesforce CRM system and implementing reports and procedures.
  • Working very closely with the daily working of an internal contract management tool.
  • Working with various teams in the company to streamline the procedures being implemented.
  • Programming and designing websites for the company.
  • Regular site optimization work.
  • Working closely with the company’s Adwords and Google rankings.
  • Working with the company’s remote customer portal and implementing the reports and logins for the customers.
  • Working with all the databases being used.
  • Regular reports to be written for the customers based on their requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge in SQL procedures and working with IIS.
  • Implementing marketing strategies for the company.
Skills:
  • Business Objects tools – Crystal report writing.
  • Salesforce.
  • Microsoft SQL.
  • Excellent knowledge working with databases.
  • Any CRM/CMS systems.
  • Programming languages: PHP, HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.Net.
  • Search Engine Optimization.
  • Google tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords, etc.
  • Understanding SOP, POP and various other procedures being implemented in the company.
  • Knowledge of marketing.
  • Microsoft Office tools.
Experience:
  • A proven background in managing IT Projects.
  • The successful candidate will be reliable, confident, enthusiastic and positive. Being able to work on solo projects as well as in a team.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the relative fields.

Hours:
37.5 per week.

Wage:
£22500 - £26000 depending on applicant.
