The role:- Writing reports using Crystal reports for various teams in the company on a daily basis.
- Working on the development of Salesforce CRM system and implementing reports and procedures.
- Working very closely with the daily working of an internal contract management tool.
- Working with various teams in the company to streamline the procedures being implemented.
- Programming and designing websites for the company.
- Regular site optimization work.
- Working closely with the company’s Adwords and Google rankings.
- Working with the company’s remote customer portal and implementing the reports and logins for the customers.
- Working with all the databases being used.
- Regular reports to be written for the customers based on their requirements.
- Excellent knowledge in SQL procedures and working with IIS.
- Implementing marketing strategies for the company.
- Business Objects tools – Crystal report writing.
- Salesforce.
- Microsoft SQL.
- Excellent knowledge working with databases.
- Any CRM/CMS systems.
- Programming languages: PHP, HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.Net.
- Search Engine Optimization.
- Google tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords, etc.
- Understanding SOP, POP and various other procedures being implemented in the company.
- Knowledge of marketing.
- Microsoft Office tools.
- A proven background in managing IT Projects.
- The successful candidate will be reliable, confident, enthusiastic and positive. Being able to work on solo projects as well as in a team.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the relative fields.
Hours:
37.5 per week.
Wage:
£22500 - £26000 depending on applicant.
