Our central service and operations centre is staffed with a strong technical and support team. From here Olympic Support is able to administer and manage our channel partners' end user contracts with an unequalled level of service.

Our business is fundamentally people based. The exceptional staff retention and customer loyalty is a testament to the attention to service and training we employ.

We have extensive warehouse facilities on-site, with one of the largest stockholdings of spares in Europe, which means there is no delay in sourcing and despatching a critical component. Sufficient spares for all supported hardware are held on-site and ensure availability and delivery. Technical staff are always on-hand to offer relevant advice regarding the replacement of parts.

Even with over two decades of independent multi-vendor support experience and expertise behind us, Olympic support are constantly improving levels of support for existing technologies and is at the forefront of support provision to emerging technologies.

With experience gained from UK enterprises, Olympic Support is now exporting its independent multi-vendor support expertise across mainland Europe. With a defined expansion strategy, committed to maintaining the quality of it's support and maintenance services, Olympic Support can now open up new opportunities for resellers to provide a dedicated multi-site support resource across Europe, whilst still retaining a single point of contact in the UK.
